Established in 2022 as a response to the COVID-19 recovery efforts, Emergency Management by Design emerged from a collective effort of emergency management experts. This period highlighted a significant gap in emergency management programs, particularly for smaller communities and non-profit organizations. The rapid surge in growth and reliance on emergency management practices further motivated our proactive stance.
